Do I need to register to make an order?

No, you can check out without registering using our guest checkout. Creating an account has many long term benefits. Shades Royal will alert and share exclusive information and discounts with our registered customers. You will have the privilege of being the first to know about new exclusive designs.  Please see our Privacy Policy page on the home screen to check what information is collected and how it is being used, when you register with us.

How do I use a promo code to get a discount?

To use a code, simply enter the accurate promotional code in the beginning of your order. All promo codes are in Capital letters.

Do you have any other discounts?

We will update exclusive discounts and information codes to media platforms during special occasions.

I have received the wrong item what shall I do?

I have received a faulty item what shall I do?

At Shades Royal we take product quality extremely seriously. All our products go through an attentive process of quality control and we do our best to ensure that we deliver your order in perfect condition. However, if the item you received is not in mint condition, please contact our Customer Service team via email who will be happy to assist :

Please be advised, that manufacturing defects discovered upon delivery of the goods have to be reported to Shades Royal within 24hrs of delivery in order to proceed with any exchange after receiving our items.

Can I return an item?

Shades Royal Eyewear has a strict policy of  NO REFUNDs,  NO RETURNS, and NO EXCHANGE. All purchases made through the website are final.Please see the RETURNS on our home page for further information.

I want to purchase a style that is no longer on the site.

We have access to archive styles from older seasons.Please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to source the items for you at

How long does it take for my item to arrive?

UK residents it will take between 1-5 days for items to arrive

USA residents it will take between 7-10 days for items

EU residents it will take between 5-10 days for items to arrive

International customers it will take 5-10 days for items to arrive

I still have not received my item within the given timeframe.

Where is my order and how do I track it?

We aim to dispatch our online orders within one business day (Monday – Friday). For example, if you place your order on Friday after 4 pm, we will dispatch your parcel the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched you can email for the tracking information.
